Is it really free to sell?
Yes, with escrow. Your account is free and panty.com takes no cut of your sales. On an escrow order the buyer pays the escrow fee and the network fee, shown to him before he pays, and you receive the full order amount. Our only charge is Premium, and Premium is optional.
Is there a minimum order?
Escrow works for orders of $50 or more, postage included. Below that, a buyer can add a second listing from you and order both together.
What do I need to get paid?
A payout address from a wallet app, added once when you accept your first escrow order. Escrow pays you in digital dollars. You can keep them, or change them into your own currency at an exchange; the exchange may charge its own fee.
What if he never confirms delivery?
After a set time you can ask for the money on the escrow page, and it is paid unless he opens a dispute.
What happens in a dispute?
Either of you can open a dispute while the money is held. Both of you send what you have, such as photos and the tracking number. An independent reviewer from the escrow service decides: a refund, a payout or a split. Nobody can take the money out of escrow on their own, not panty.com either.
